Pricing and Estimates
Our rates vary based on project, location, and the availability of local hardware stores or materials. We do charge a small fee for initial on-site project assessments.
We’re happy to provide free estimates, which remain valid for 30 days. Material costs may vary depending on current local pricing and the grade of materials you select. For paint projects, our bids are based on mid-grade paint, but we’re always flexible and can adjust to meet your budget and quality preferences.

With over 23 years of experience and more than 10 years in business, JC brings both expertise and care to every project. What began as a passion for building has evolved into a trusted painting and remodeling company, recognized for its reliability and professionalism throughout every stage of the process.
Earning a general construction license and forming an LLC strengthened JC’s already well-established reputation for quality work. Over the years, he’s continued to learn, innovate, and bring creative solutions to homes throughout Portland. Drawing on decades of experience, JC ensures every project meets the same standards of safety, beauty, and quality he’d want for his own home.
